We know you’re going to LOVE your Canva Template Shop Membership. But, if you want to cancel at any time, you can do so easily inside your membership portal.

For Monthly members: Your access to all member content will be revoked on the day you cancel your membership. Please try to do so a minimum of 48 business hours prior to your next billing cycle, to make sure our system processes your cancellation.

For Quarterly and Yearly Members: Your membership can also be canceled at any time, but you will not be refunded for any unused portion of the quarter or year. You may retain access to membership content for the remainder of the quarter or year.

If you cancel your membership and want to rejoin at a later date, you absolutely can — but your original rate will no longer be locked in, and you will have to pay whatever the quarterly/annual rate is at that point.
